Stone Goods Policy:
Please inspect your order immediately. If your stone piece arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including all protective foam and structural inserts.
Unused Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns for stone goods that have been installed, sealed, or show signs of wear.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to help cover the delicate handling and inspection of natural stone.
